Note: This was the second marriage for both of them. The birth information for his children indicates he was married by 1827. However, according to "O'Byrne's Naval Biographical Dictionary of 1849", they were married on 04 March 1836; and further that her maiden name was Green, and evidently the widow of a Mr. NEWBOLD.
