The humble Petition of MESSIAH COBB, respectfully sheweth unto your Honor that he is a minor over the age of 14 years, that he is entitled to a small estate in the real and personal estate of his grandfather, MESSIAH LONG, dec'd, that he is incapable on account of his tender young of taking charge of the same and he therefore petitions your Honor Court that his father, ROBERT COBB, be appointed his guardian upon his filing the proper bond.
